Who is Olivia Allen?

Firstly, I am very straight to the point. I can be so blunt at times that I can rub people the wrong way, though I also am not offended by bluntness in return.
In fact, I often prefer it. This is especially true from someone I feel a genuine connection with.

I don’t mind being proven wrong. In fact, I love it if it means I learn something new. Simply telling me what you’re needing is ideal, because understanding and resolving any potential issues is much more important than dancing around the truth.

Speaking of the truth, I am methodically loyal. From a young age, I’ve always had a hard time understanding when someone doesn’t really mean what they say.
As an adult, this translates to me being wary of people who don’t keep their word or follow through on plans.

To me, honesty isn’t just ethical, but practical. Any dishonesty in a system means results cannot be predicted or trusted.

Any relationship is a system, and I need to be able to project a strong chance of long-term happiness. I let very few people into my “inner circle,” and when I do, I have high expectations.

A single let-down can and has left scars.

I have a sense of personal dedication to my close friends, and I expect to receive that in return.
I believe competence and loyalty go hand in hand; I do not trust a suitor who simply cheers for me if I cannot also count on their counsel and good judgment.

When I feel this is provided, there’ll be no question of my loyalty in return.
I am the type of person who’ll drop everything and come to you in your time of need (or more likely, rearrange everything so nothing gets dropped).
Once you have proven to be one of my trusted few, you can count on me.

I generally show my affection by helping my inner circle reach their goals. I view all problems as inherently solvable.
I may or may not value the same outcomes as you, but if I know exactly what your goals are, I’ll become your COO.

Reciprocation is appreciated. All I really ask is that you understand how much my personal goals mean to me and that you show your support.

As a sometimes-introvert, I am bad at bragging about myself.

About being a some-times introvert, I do require a ridiculous amount of alone time. And alone time for me means time with no distractions.

This is how I create my vast plans and do my best work to conquer my goals. Without it, I can’t accomplish things.

I know this can be off-putting. There’s no way to change this about me, but I’ll make time for you if you ask. After all, I do also require and truly value close relationships, too.
The secret is to make a plan in advance. I want to spend time with you, I just need to know when so I can plan accordingly.
